French doors open onto your private deck at the front of the building where some have gulf views.  A private pool is located in a tropical landscape. Variety of restaurants and retail shops on the first floor that front Scenic 30A.  Fantastic location between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

We’ve stayed here a few times and with a special discount made for a spur of the moment trip. Our last visit was well before Covid, so it’s been awhile at this location. Always a pleasant time, easy beach access and comfortable. Little has changed since our first visit. The unit is showing wear and needs a few updates. Could stand to replace rugs and a couple of window treatments. The rugs are dirty and torn. The toaster is horrible. One side kept popping up after a couple seconds and smelled electrical like it might have a short. The other side worked but had hot spots that burned toast in a couple places. The coffee pot heating plate is rusted, otherwise worked okay. We didn’t use the blender so not sure how it worked. These are inexpensive replacements. There isn’t a hairdryer in the unit. I didn’t think about bringing one but a quick trip to Walmart wasn’t a problem. I have recommended this property to others and will again with a caveat concerning condition and pricing. For a non-oceanfront property the location is great. I didn’t speak to anyone at Benchmark for this visit. The reservation, check in/out was very convenient.

Great location

Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed the location. The appliances were awesome. Some improvements that can be made are the beds need updated (especially new sheets) and we could hear people above us at all hours of the night.

Spring Break 2024

Loved everything about 304 Grand Isle.
The sofa and char cushions could be freshened up and one of the blinds in the dinette windows was broken. I was with my granddaughters and felt very safe and they were delighted to spend their 3rd visit to Grand Isle (previously 202 for bigger group) loved the location and super easy access to the beach.

Great location

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this condo before heading to PCB for the rest of the winter. Very mixed feelings about this unit. Very comfortable, loved the porch, good access to the beach. This condo could use a deep clean, larger Smart TV, and the kitchen is very underwhelming if you are a cook, which I am. Guessing most people that rent this unit don't care about these things because they are only there for a week and on vacation!

Convenient and clean

Love the location, easy to get in and out of. Our only problem was the bunk bed was super wobbly so nobody would sleep on it. Our guests had to sleep on the couch. We told the property management company and they said someone would come by. Not sure if they came or not but it wouldn’t be a quick fix, if needs to be replaced.
